Eating the right food
The solution to attract good health and eliminate all chronic diseases lies in adopting sattvic lifestyle-:
Two Sattvic Meals a day for Healthy Medicine Free Life :
At 8:00 a.m. :
In the morning take Detox juice coconut water or Ash gourd juice or Vegetable juice .
At 9 a.m.:
Go for 40 to 60 minutes brisk walk swimming cycling or Surya Namaskar it is absolute exercise in the morning do it in the evening
At 10:00 a.m. :
Have a breakfast A bowl of local and regional fresh fruits .
At 1 p.m.:
Have your lunch-:
2-3 satvic rotis prepared with the starchy vegetables such as potato sweet potato pumpkin be prepared in a Satvik way.
At 7:00 p.m :
Have your dinner. Salad or Soup.
If having a soup, have a bowl of sweet potato alongside, or if having a salad have a handful of soaked nuts along side.
Do 16 hours fasting everyday nature supreme Medicine.
Take water enema twice a day for 3 weeks.
Take sunbird for 20 minutes everyday the best disinfectant.
